Y303R X-Ray Tube
Y303R is a multipurpose low-energy X-ray tube with a stainless-steel housing and internal lead lining. Insulating oil provides high-voltage insulation and cooling. The anode is connected to high voltage and the cathode is grounded. An imported ultra-thin 100μm beryllium window is used. Compact and lightweight, it offers advantages in heat dissipation and radiation shielding over comparable silicone-rubber products, making it well suited to thickness measurement.
Well suited to thickness measurement of paper, nonwoven fabrics, aluminum foil and copper foil. Suitable for X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis of light elements. Also particularly well suited to X-ray thickness measurement of materials composed of light elements.
