Y507MP X-Ray Tube

Y507MP is a multipurpose low-energy X-ray tube with a side-window design, stainless-steel housing and internal lead lining. Insulating oil provides high-voltage insulation and cooling. The cathode is grounded and the anode is connected to positive high voltage. This series can replace comparable imported products in compatible equipment.

Y507MP is suitable for PCB applications, X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis, coating thickness measurement, elemental analysis by XRF, RoHS screening, in-line measurement and control, and X-ray imaging in industrial and research applications.
